What stood out the most was how easy they made getting my taxes done. There was a useful questionnaire that helped them point out credits that I hadn’t really considered. Uploading documents involved a simple drag & drop procedure. The email correspondence was really organized, and contained clearly marked links for signatures. The turnaround time was very quick. I recommend this company, and will use them again next year.

We’ve been using freedom accounting for over 5 years now. They completed our 2021 tax return and made an error costing us $3500. It’s pretty devastating since we’re a young family of 5 struggling as it is. We paid over $500 to have our taxes done properly and a simple error they made ended up costing us. Their response was it was our responsibility to look over the return for accuracy. It’s frustrating that I’m assuming at least two staff members should have reviewed the return before submission but no one caught the error. Pretty sloppy accounting in my opinion. The receptionist barely offered an apology. We won’t be back or be recommending to anyone

I'm normally the guy who doesn't want to deal with my taxes any year but especially 2020 tax season. I was dreading it so much, however the crew at freedom made my life so easy! Everything was was explained to me in a way that I would understand and I didn't feel like I was just another tax payer. I felt like my concerns were heard, and the answers I was looking for were explained to me. Normally I don't want to call anywhere or anyone if I have questions but when I would call, the receptionist was always in a good mood and made me feel comfortable! The best part? my taxes were done quickly and accurately. There is no better feeling then knowing something so personal was taken care of in such a good manner. I will definitely be coming back next year, and many years to come. Thank-you ladies for being so awesome!

This place is a joke. Almost five weeks to do a basic tax return Colleen went on holiday with out telling me than added numbers to my tax return as she saw fit, making it seem like I made more money than I made also she never bothered to ask question and you filled in the blanks,on top of that not only did she not finish my tax return she charged me $500 plus to get my documents back. This without being told set prices per hour .Absolutely rubbish place take your small business elsewhere if you are reading this.
