I notarized my Pharmacy licensing documents basically one of their application forms and it got rejected. They didn't properly read what the requirements were, they didn't let me ask questions. The old guy was in a rush and didn't listen to his clients. I am re notarizing the document again and submitting it again. The rejection email clearly specified that the notarized sign and seal did not meet the specifications of the procedure. Really an awful experience and they charge a good deal of money. I want to go to them and catch them red handed. As the delay now will affect the evaluation of my documents as they take forever and might also harm when I am to register for the exam. I will surely go to them .

The guy who did my fingerprints service was very rude and unprofessional, I wasn’t able to get the POLICE CERTIFICATE and WASTED my 60 dollars! BE CAREFUL! It seems like I will have to submit another one!Also, when I arrived,he was heating his food and start eating lunch and let me wait for a long time until I asked what is going on. This is not how they should treat their clients.

Updates*** After seeing the response from this company, I feel truly disappointed and I doubt the honesty to their service as they could lie about it.

First, the person who did the notary service for me, he DID NOT say that the fingerprint is not optimal and he did not say that it will have chance that I will get rejected. Of course, If he says something like this,I would have not been there and get the service, that makes sense to a lot of people, I could not believe they would lie about this saying they have told us.

Secondly, I have called the office in advance and informed that could I come later and the lady said I can come at 12/45 or 1pm or later, she stated that it is fine for me to come at a later time. and also on that day the elevator in the the building is not working, so I also called the office and let them know. Until the elevator is fixed, I went inside, the guy started heating his food. Also, they did not state that there is a lunch time hour that I should not come. Instead, he tried to take revenge to client who pays them. I am not sure if the 5 star review is true or not after encountering the issue like this. It is not good for a notary company to LIE and being UNPROFESSIONAL.

I had issues with my fingerprints and it got rejected twice to obtain a PCC which i took from another fingerrprint service. Finally after research i reached out to Novel and took my fingerprints for US PCC. Mr. Kumar provided right guidance and even gave one of my digital fingerprint sheet for free and mine got approved due to his expertise! Highly recommend this place for Fingerprint Service,
