My first experience for this place was a little skeptical by reading the negative reviews, however, because this place was near my office I had to take a gamble on it.

Before I walked in, I called the place and told them about my requirements which was 1 legal paper to be notarized and me carrying a digital document which needed to be printed. Over the call, the gentleman quoted me $35 for the notary and helped me navigate the office inside the building.
After which I went in the office and was told to mail the document which was then printed and with a valid ID confirmation I was told to sign and then which was notarized legally and the right way.

Final amount I had to pay was $40 which I believe could be the printing charge or the taxes as I paid by Apple Pay.
Overall, I would say that you talk and go through the amount of work is required and get a proper quotation and then move forward. So, this doesn’t create a problem for you later. For example, type of document, number of documents, whether you need printing or any other extra services which may or may not be charged. As any average notary person charges between $30-50 depending upon their business and quality.

My experience went well, but I hope you don’t have to face problems or concern like other reviewers I’ll suggest you to go through your documents, your requirements and the payment (+ payment method)
Highly recommend to call and get an appointment. So you don’t deal with no BS!

Overall an okay experience in my opinion.

Pros: the process took about 5 mins once our turn came, but we were asked to arrive at 2:30. There was a bit of a wait after arrival.

Cons: was quoted one price ($40) and was told to pay a higher amount ($50), which I obviously did not do.

I clearly explained the type of docs needed to be notarized prior to arriving.
