I had a very great experience with Northwest Paralegals. From the beginning to the end Christine was always doing everything she could to help me with my situation. Being a 19 year old who has never had to deal with any sort of legal stuff I was very anxious during the whole process but Christine and even Leejah (who I believe is her assistant) always made me feel at ease and in good hands. I would definitely recommend Northwest Paralegals to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Engaged Northwest Paralegals to represent me for a serious MNRF charge. I found them open, honest and understanding. I worked with E Hewitson on my case. She was open forthright and professional. The receptionist, K Cavner was very efficient and helpful. They will tell you if they can help you or not. As should be expected, you have to work with them also. Provide data, details etc to improve your chance at a defence. My charges were withdrawn. I would recommend them. I would certainly use them again if needed. Quite supportive through a horrible process.

Do not hire. They don’t work for you they are just here to take your money. First off the two good 5 star reviews they have are 100% people who work there, Leejah Myllyaho is their receptionist, I don’t know who the other 5 star review is. Second when I first called they told me to take my time to think about it and call back a day or two before my court date it won’t be a problem, I did and the girl I spoke with was either fired or quit. Third thing, Christine who was the person handling my case is either just starting her career and very inexperienced or she is as she mentioned “friends with the crown and goes to lunch with them” so she threw my case in order for them to have a better relationship. Lastly the fact that she is calling them the crown when their position is the prosecutor further proves her inexperience and the fact I need to ask her to hold a JPT on my behalf but she doesn’t mention it and finally the way she explained she held the JPT she did not know what she was doing. She also claims that the other companies such as Ticket Shield take clients but send the business to her. Very doubtful as the prices for both companies were the same. Save your money do not hire. There aren’t many paralegals in the Thunder Bay Area but highly recommend to try one of the other instead of this one as she is not fighting for you just there to take your money and make deals with her “friend...the crown”.

Don’t trust them . They charge me $510 and am still paying ticket fine which was 150 plus demerit points. Go to them if you have too much money and you don’t care about your license. That’s what I want to say.

They are one of best in ontario i got ticket on highway 17 which was having 3 demerit points and 5 cvor and they cleared my ticket at first court date really best in my ntario
