Do not use this company. They completely screwed a multi million dollar company from filling there taxes properly for years. Once the company found out about the improper handling of personal and business taxes there was over $180,000 owing. Then a year after the malpractice they charged that company $24,000!!! This amount was charged to the company and north Okanagan accounting didn’t even do there job leaving that company in a terrible position. As you can imagine legal action is taking place in regards to them paying for there negligence. DO NOT USE THIS. #share and post. This company also practised for years without the proper license which is another reason companies taxes were not filed properly. There has been many companies that experience this from them. Consider this your warning. If you or you know a company effected by this company please search or sign up for the class action lawsuit.

Horrible Service, passed the Apr 30th deadline, now its Sept and I still don't have my taxes! Shawn Bhojani is the worst CPA I have ever used, charges up front and gets mad when you call to follow up why he passed another deadline with no progress. He also runs ZSB and Company in Leduc AB, Beware !

Absolutely horrible customer service. The older lady was extremely rude and was arguing with me and completely wasted my time after the other women I spoke to earlier told me to come on in and my tax assessment would be easy. If you are a new client don't go to this business. The lady told me to go back to my accountant in Vancouver when I just moved to Vernon. The tax place down the street gladly welcomed my new business.

If you want to wait a very long time to get your taxes done and then being told on May 1st you have to pay when the deadline is April 30th, this is the place for you. Took 6 weeks to get my taxes back. Save yourself and go anywhere else.
