Phoned in to get a couple of letters notarized. They informed me no lawyer was there but one would be coming in, in the afternoon. I phoned back to see if they were there. She said "Yes, but I haven't informed them about you and they have a client. Kinda half sighing. The whole demeanour was why are you bothering us. Very unfriendly. Phoned another lawyers outfit in town who was polite and friendly to me. So I phoned them back to tell them that I had phoned another lawyers office that made me feel valued and respected so I would be going there.

Called for an appointment to get a letter notarized, they got in me in promptly. Sinead was very nice and the rest of the staff was friendly. Genuinely felt welcome. And they didn't charge me a cent for notarizing the letter! Which surprised me greatly! 10 out of 10 would use them again if I am ever in need of a lawyer for anything.
