I am so lucky that we ended up in the care of Natalie as the office was welcoming, and the attitude of her and her staff were very pleasant and kind. I didn't feel stressed out as I typically do on Closing Day! We left feeling in a better mood than when we arrived! Highly recommend, and I will be sure to return in the future if we have more real estate transactions that need closing!

Natalie has completed the tasks requested of her. However, not without a great deal of frustration. Her lack of communication is frustrating to say the least. She consistently takes days to respond, and half the time when she does respond, does not address all of the questions asked of her. Additionally, in every instance with me, has said she would complete something by a certain day, and it is not actually done for several days past the deadline she herself had set. Granted, she "gave me a deal" on services, however I did not ask for a deal, and had I known that said deal would result in such a diminished standard of service, I absolutely would not have agreed to it. Bottom line is, if you're wanting legal services done in a timely fashion, especially with any level of professionalism, you should probably look elsewhere.
