My husband and I just finished using Morgan McCabe for our real estate Lawyer and it was not a good experience. Morgan withheld crucial information from us that almost cost us the sale of the property, and forced us to extend the deal an extra day, which cost us an extra $4000. I would not recommend using Morgan, as he didn’t seem to have our best interest. He refused to relay my concerns about the property to the other parties lawyer, and seemed to just want to close the deal and be done with it versus helping us fight for what we wanted. Save a headache and seek legal advice elsewhere.

My wife and I recently bought a house and had an urgent last minute requirement for a real estate lawyer. We were recommended Morgan by a family friend and he didn't disappoint.

We had a very tight closing timeline and turn around to meet some of our conditions and he was able to help us meet these ahead of schedule despite that fact that we didn't connect with him until the last minute.

To help expediate the process he met with us at a location that was convenient to us and outside typical 9 to 5 working hours.

On closing day we had no issues closing and it was completed shortly after noon which was great. We even got the keys well in advance of the end of the business day.

Would highly recommend using him if you are in the New Tecumseth area.
