So, I realize that Adelin is actually misunderstood. When I hired Adelin through a referral, he at first was communicating with me on what the plan was. Then, after that initial communication, it was very difficult for me to get a hold of him via any mode of communication. But what I may not have appreciated was that he's obviously very busy. He may have also had a particularly busy time of year at that time. But, why I'm giving a happy 5-Star review is this. Adelin was able to get my case dismissed. My case was a HTA (highway traffic act) ticket, and he got me the best result possible. Admittedly, I'm someone who likes communication when I hire or contract people for anything. And so it was tough to stay calm without constant communication with Adelin throughout the process. But what I realized after Adelin took care of my case, is that, when I see these other google reviews from people who think he's a thief of some sort, I realize that they misunderstood him & likely panicked. There was a point where I too was fearful and wondering what was going on. But now I realize that Adelin has a certain way of operating his practice, and that at the end of the day, he's going to do his best as a Professional to get the Best Result He Can For His Clients. I've since referred Adelin to multiple people close to me for any Vehicle Ticket issues. I'm not aware of if Adelin takes care of other types of tickets, but I'm sure you can inquire with him or his staff/reception about what they can happily take care of. Adelin is also reasonably priced and, after getting to know him a bit better, I'm a fan of Adelin. He's a really nice guy, and an outstanding Professional.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!! Never hire this individual or company ever - run far far far away. Hired him and paid retainer fee. Was suing a contractor and hired Adelin. He was the absolute worst individual to communicate with - would go weeks without replying to messages. I would call and message around 5-10 times and never a reply. Had a few meetings at the court where he was never prepared. Lost his contact number and have been trying to contact him through his 'company' and it's been 3 weeks and nothing. Do yourself a favour and never hire this guy. Should be a police investigation into this fraud. Would give 0 stars but can't.

It’s mind boggling the notion that others can say Adelin Mocanu is a scam as he is one of the most legitimate people I have hired in my time. At a time when I was at my lowest, he provided me the help I needed to extinguish issues plaguing me. Slowly but surely I have been able to re-build my life thanks to Adelin. Without his help during what was a tumultuous time for me. He was there. If you hire him, he will be there for you to.

To those saying he is “THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER” you should be ashamed. Defamation towards a man of his caliber when all he does is help people is sad.
