I was unable to file my taxes online this year after moving back to Canada from the US because I had foreign income to claim on my return. I called MNP and explained the situation. My taxes were straightforward, a single T-4 and a single W-2 (the US version of a T-4). I was assured they could file the taxes for me. I came in, filled out the forms, and was again reassured they could file my taxes. Two weeks later and after not receiving any updates, I called to check on the progress. The woman who answered the phone was rude and told me they couldn't file my taxes. No one had made any attempt to reach out and let me know. No customer service whatsoever and clearly no understanding of what services they can and cannot provide.
