If I could give them more than five stars I would. Murray and Linda have been amazing to work with dealing with my brother-in-law's estate. Since he died intestate, they have walked us through the entire process step by step. From help us apply for probate, and sending off any forms, to preparing final statement of accounts at the end they've been there. They've gone above and beyond what they had to do. Linda has been so very patient with the two of us, and no question was too small for her to answer or reply to. Even if we had to contact them almost daily some days, they were there when we needed them. Even offered to review our own wills to make sure they were no errors if we needed. Highly highly recommend them to anyone..!~

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Miskin Law in the handling of asbestos trust claims. The past 2 years have been a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family but Daniel was always very compassionate, responsive and helpful . We live on the West Coast and had no issues with communication/time zones...they always responded promptly to phone calls and emails so distance was a non-issue.
