Genuinely sad for such a nice office.My family has been there since I was very little and since we’ve had dr Robinson we have been disappointed time and time again with the cockiness that he has shown..I have had to have an emergency surgery because he neglected our concerns that we brought up. Now my son will be going through a similar situation.Doctors like him don’t see what happens to the patients that they neglect and it shows.Wouldn’t recommend to anyone that wants to be taken seriously.

Dr. Van Loon has seen 7 generations of my family. Anytime I've been, he's been nothing but courteous and talked to me to help me through any complications. He just seems to love what he does.

Van Loon has horrific bedside manner. I do not believe he has any respect for woman as when I go to talk about my ailments its always, it's in your head, or exercise more

Dr Van Loon and his team are great. Straight shooter calling it how it is. That's what people need. Staff always smiling and friendly going the extra mile.

My family member was to be told the results of a biopsy on Friday. No call. We waited all weekend, worried. We called on Monday morning, to be told they would call right back. It is now 3pm on Monday, and my poor family is worried sick at possible results, and no one has bothered to call.
I dont care if you are busy or not. If you say you will do some thing,and you don't, that is unprofessional. Leaving a senior in a state of panic for no reason is unnecessary and mean. I am hoping for the best.

The website says they are open till 5. You get in to the office/clinic your looking for before that time, but it’s been closed since 3 pm. You still have to pay your 5$ for parking because the building doesn’t have anyone around to talk to to discuss your issues. This not the way to conduct business. I’m taking my business elsewhere. Even the website can’t be posted with less that one star.
