I highly recommend Dr. Parbin and his team of hygienists! They’ve taken care of all my children, from the age of three right through to 19. Their care and attention have been consistent and outstanding over the years. They’re always quick to get us in for emergency appointments whenever my kids are experiencing discomfort, which is such a relief as a parent.

Dr. Parbin has also made excellent recommendations for orthodontic and pediatric dental care, ensuring my children get the best possible treatment. Recently, they’ve started offering in-house Invisalign, which is a wonderful addition—it’s so convenient not having to go to a different office for that. Overall, their professionalism and compassion have made every visit a positive experience.

It was my first time at Mill Rd Family Dental, and my experience was beyond excellent. After letting Katie, the hygienist, know about my previous experiences at the dentist and how it had left me wary, she walked me through exactly what she would be doing. Her soft nature and kind demeanour made the appointment a breeze. Her attention to detail and letting me know what was going on every step of the way was so appreciated.
Dr. Tiwari was so kind and gentle. He chatted with me about next steps and seemed very conservative in his treatment plans, which was really refreshing.
I for once, don’t dread going back to the dentist.

I really loved the place. All the dental staffs were so welcoming . Thanks to Dr Pravin and Usha for all the explanation of the treatment process and the care that made me more comfortable through the procedures and also thanks to dental hygiene team Kitty . It was great to be there .

Excellent service! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Tiwari is the best Dentist I’ve ever had. He cared that I was comfortable throughout my procedure and made sure that administering the numbing shot was as painless as possible. My adult daughter went to her first appointment this week and was just as impressed as my husband and I have been. I highly recommend Mill Road Family Dental!
