VERY strange experience.

I am a father who sought family legal assistance…

Nick Lovell, went out of his way to find me via Facebook. He randomly sends me messages, mocking my ability to see my daughters, as they have never really known me. The mother has strong ties to this community apparently… My legal efforts offend even ‘professionals’ in this small town, biases appear repeatedly.

I have never met Nick, nor do I want too. Had I not Googled, I wouldn’t know who he is, or anything about his firm (who also never represented me). Apparently Nick doesn’t even practice family law! Stop contacting me.

We hired this firm over 3 years ago. There's has been no headway made, just runaround. We've been trying to get any kind of update for well over a year now.
Despite SEVERAL attempts, they have completely ghosted us. Emails go ignored. Phone calls never get returned. We have dealt with three people from this establishment and received the same "service" from all. We are good, respectful, paying clients. We are invested with them and they won't give us the time of day. This is shameful. Do not recommend to anyone. Very sorry we chose them. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This law office really helped me get through my divorce. My attorney was Alex Wade and he was not only fair and rational, but also very professional. Typically when you need a lawyer emotions are running high and the courts don't always go your way. Alex worked with my exes lawyer well and I always felt he had my best interest in mind. Divorce is not easy and it often takes time, so I appreciate the time and care that was put into ensuring things where fair.

I have reported him to the bar. Do not use him as a family law lawyer. He stirs the pot and makes things worse whenever possible. From my standpoint he should not be allowed to practice as a lawyer in family matters. I was happy to pop some champagne after finishing court against this awful human being.
