Mick Levin and Shauna Dodge (paralegal) recently represented us in the purchase of a condominium. They were extremely efficient and detail oriented and clarified all of our questions in a timely manner. We were quoted a flat fee for the legal review which was very reasonable. We had a tight window from the time of the purchase offer to closing, but everything was concluded with time to spare. Despite this deadline, we never felt rushed. Mick presented us with a careful assessment of the pro's and con's related to the condo we were purchasing. We were able to finalize the purchase through a virtual meeting which was helpful as we were not residing in Halifax at the time. We would highly recommend Mick and Shauna.
