Melissa and her staff are beyond incredible! The office staff is very organized and pleasant. Melissa takes the time to explain important information to you in terms that are easy to understand. She is extremely knowledgeable about new rules coming into effect that could make a difference to your taxes (and is always on top of everything). Melissa is also not a "nickel and dimer" - she doesn't charge for every second she is speaking to you. She is very fair in her fees and worth every single penny. Since starting to work with Melissa - the scary "brown envelopes" have stopped showing up in the mailbox as I am sure the CRA is confident that she knows what she is doing and doesn't make mistakes! I would highly recommend Melissa for both personal and corporate tax filing!

HORRIBLE! I had to do my corporate/personal income tax along with my wife's personal tax and dropped off all the documents with them, the accountant called me asking for some document for my wife from the bank, the bank meanwhile couldn't understand what document was being requested when I stated exactly what I was being asked from the accountant, anyhow bank gave me something and I sent it over & the account got back to me saying that's not what they are looking for and went ahead with filing my wife's taxes regardless with the document that was still pending. I get a package in the mail a week later and they screwed my tax part did not file anything on my business and to make it worse they filed all my business taxes into my personal. I'm currently dealing with another accountant who's rectifying my old income tax which this company messed up and I'm paying nothing but penalties & interest to the government. Would not recommend anyone dealing with them. Just HORRIBLE!
