They do not care about the safety of the community one bit. My family was constantly hounded and felt forced to sign some nonsense agreement by mediation services so that all criminal charges would be dropped for a violent criminal who has commited assult and threatened our lives. This is not justice and Mediation Services is trying to put my families life in Danger just so they can "Close the File" and save court costs for someone who should rightfully be locked up. Our Justice System is a FAILURE.

I've experienced phenomenal instructors who care about you not only as a participant but as a professional; and have gone out of their way to help you succeed.

I would recommend these courses as a journey to a certificate through them or individually as they are offered. The investment is worth it!

I was the victim in a fraud case that was diverted to mediation services. Everything went well for the first while and then my case worker went on leave. It was that moment that things took a turn for the worse. The moment the new worker took over the file everything fell apart and I did not get a penny more given back to me in restitution. I requested to change workers (actually begged them), but my request was denied. The new case worker could not perform his job at all and now it got referred back to courts. To add further insult to this, I was given zero guidance by the case worker on what comes next and what to do other than to "file a small claim" - my claim exceeds the threshold for a small claim (thanks for the great advice). I feel victimized twice. I am probably in a worse position now, as I have been told that because some of the money was paid back (even though it was a small amount), that it may be thrown out by the judge and the remainder may be forgiven. I should have never given in to this suggestion to divert the case to mediation services.

Mediation Services is a great institution. I took almost all the courses and loved each one, and then was privileged to serve on the Board afterward. It provides essential services for conflict resolution. I can't recommend Mediation Services enough!
