We purchased a property with this notary, unlike some other notary who want you out after 20 minutes, Maître Zhang and his assistant are both very thorough and very patient. They explains everything, they answer your calls and reply to your email. They send you the documents right after the meeting, which reflects the huge load of work they did before each appointment.
