Sent an email to my lawyer January 3rd to set up and in person appointment to see where we are at with my situation. Still as of February 1st waiting on a reply. Lack of communication, always left In the dark and never know where we are with my case. Sure I may not be a high paying client which shouldn't matter. I have now asked for a print out of what exactly they have done and my retainer back twice and still yet have received a response on that as well.

Phoned today. Talked to two different female employees. I asked for the email address for 3J Holdings Corporation. Neither of them could tell me. They said they would phone me back. No response yet. Phoned again on Friday; a woman said they would try to get back to me by the end of Friday. Will phone again on Monday (or go in person depending on the weather).

I now know why people do not trust lawyers!! Had a phone call with David to which he said that he would help me out and prior to accepting his services I had asked about pricing again because I could not afford him, to which he did not respond which implied to me that he agreed to the probono work. He made various mistakes throughout the process and simply copy and pasted another contract and didn't bother to fill in my info and then charged me for a rewrite as well I did not end up getting a final copy of an item he charged me for. When I disputed these charges he just simply refused to answer. So now as a small business owner I am on the hook for a $2000 bill that for an email he copy and pasted from past clients saying it took him 4 hours to complete that I never even got a final copy of just a draft. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
