I went with my mother to get a full power of attorney effective immediately because of my mother's health issues. Terence took her into the room by herself and he did a power of attorney that is NOT EFFECTIVE! Because of my mother's health issues she was unable to understand and make decisions by herself. My mother had me go and attempt to action something on her behalf and we can't even get things done because of what he did. I advised him that we need a full power of attorney effective immediately and this company made our situation incredibly irritating! The woman at reception was asking "what's the rush" for the power of attorney, as if I am trying to be indecent towards my mother. I'm just trying to help her and care for her. They changed us $600 for something we can't use when we need it! I'm already caring for her and taking care of all her business and they have made my life a whole lot harder. Avoid this company at all costs.
