The firm had a good responsiveness to my needs however after my retainer was exhausted, they kept running up my bill without advising me. When I looked at the billing, I felt my lawyer was billing for work that wasn’t necessary or instructed by me. They definitely stretch out the work to maximize billing. I would use another firm as the expertise isn’t that apparent when they work on your file. My lawyer called me three times stating he had changed his mind and wanted to chat about his reasoning. Sounds like they printing cash sometimes.

I had a bully landlord. One of the biggest developers in the city, country and even some international. It was straight out of a movie the way they came after me.

I leased a nearly condemned building with a demolition clause on it and made a thriving business there. Once they saw my success they came after me for more and more money and held the threat of renoviction over my head. It went on for years and they kept finding new ways to try and screw with me. I reached out to my lawyer and he suggested I get a hold of Phil Di Tomaso as he specializes in this type of thing. Phil was beyond helpful. I won't get into the details since they are legal matters but I will say that Phil had previous dealings with this awful company and knew my position. I wouldn't have made it without him and I can never thank him enough.

Phillip Di Tomasio is one of Vancouver most understated snipers. Very professional, very polite, very cordial, and knows how to make the system work for any client he represents. My company had to go against Phillip. I'm always so impressed when I meet litigators like Mr. Tomasio who come out swinging. Specializing in throwing tactical nukes. You simply don't want to be on the other side of this guy. (Bright, does his home work on every case no client gets put aside, Rona has massive accounts they would only hire the best they could find. Gauranteed they watch every outcome no matter the dollars involved.) Put two punches on him he comes back with eight or more from multiple angles. Your not sure when the flurry will stop. Very bright paralegal in support. This guy doesn't understand the concept of losing. If you read my reviews. I'm very black and white and I definitely speak my mind. I would strongly recommend this man he got every penny from me for his client and I was proud to do so. My sincerest regret is I have not found a technical fighter like this to take people owing me to task. The law is not just. It in your hands to make it that way.
