Dealing with McDougall Insurance was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful & pleasant. Rhonda was so pleasant & helpful in making sure we were properly insured & so knowledgeable about all our questions. She truly made the changes a comfortable experience. Terrible service from Rhonda. If I could give zero stars I would . She left me 5 days with no car insurance even though I gave her lots of time to get it. So we got it elsewhere in 15 min .

Same with a relatives tenant Insurance. In 3 days no quote. ( just wanted basic tenant Ins - should be quick to get a price. Got elsewhere in 10 min online .
Horrible service all around from Rhonda. !!

After getting quotes and talking to other brokers, I ended up speaking with Rhonda in morrisburg, and am I ever glad I did! Not only did I get the best quote I'd seen so far, she went above and beyond to get my setup and ready to go. I am planning to recommend this place to everyone I know!

Extremely disappointed. Was told twice that i'd have a quote in hand. Two days after the first promised timeline, I received an apology call. We agreed on a new date for the quote and documents to be completed by. After 5 pm on the agreed upon date I emailed Rhonda to ask where the documents were and the response is, "oh I was going to call you tomorrow (sat). If she needed something, i'm not sure why she would wait until after the deadline and for me to reach out first. I can no longer deal with this run around of false promises that I will get a quote or documents in hand. Obviously will be going elsewhere. This was two full weeks wasted.
