Mr Mcollough will take the easy way out and not try and fight for what you want. Will speak over you, is very arrogant and rude. Seems like he’s in it to drag out your legal aid and doesn’t actually care about you or your case. Choose anyone else.

Excellent lawyer.
Went in completely ignorant to the legal processes, and Mr McCullough went above and beyond to explain things in detail. I went in with expectations on the outcome I was looking for and he completely exceeded them in a timely manner. He explained everything step by step and his assistant Ruth kept in contact to keep me in the 'loop' in between court dates.
Overall, he completely exceeded my expectations. I waited 8 years to go to court because I was always told court is a 'long legal battle ground', my experience was completely opposite with Mr McCollough as my lawyer. He truly took my son's best interests to heart and made sure things didn't drag out in a court room!

Very unprofessional. Was only able to tolerate him for 5 minutes into our first phone conversation before ending the call due to his rudeness. Refused to listen and insisted on talking over me while i was speaking.

Ugh I don’t know where to start I guess first of all my case could have been done in less then a year. Instead it took 2 years of nonsense! I felt pressured to sign papers without reading them first and was told I couldn’t have anyone come with me. I read all the paperwork anyway. At one appointment it’s a good thing I did read them, cause I found several mistakes and big mistakes regarding custody. He was annoyed I found them and had his receptionist fix it. He is also intimidating and if it’s still the same receptionist there she was very rude and had zero customer service skills!

When I had him as a lawyer it was horrible he would never let me talk and when he did he would twist my words around I had to drop him as a lawyer because he would never ever get back to me and everything was always a mess and in my court paperwork he messed it up so I just had enough dealing with him so I had to go find a new lawyer
