UPDATE: another month of fees have gone through my account after I cancelled last month and of course I can't get ahold of anyone to rectify this, I was told that everything will be handled smoothly and now I have another 90 dollars in fees because they tried to take money out after I cancelled and as I wasn't expecting any money to come through that account I til after the first I hadn't transferred any to that one and now I have NSF charges I want the withdrawal to stop! I no longer have service, but get this I had an agent send me an email requesting I pay my monthly fee as it was NSF, what the heck is going on over there!! These guys need to be held accountable!!!I was told when I signed up that they work with QuickBooks which is a main selling feature for me as everything is on there, after sign up I get an email saying bookkeepers don't do quick books you have to go through and manually upload each document, then when I tried to get in touch with someone it was like pulling teeth when I finally did I wanted to ask them about WSIB reporting for my business as well and it was a 3 way call with 2 people who did not tell me there names, they went back and forth to eachother then said we will send an email never got that email and was back to trying to get ahold of someone, today I finally said I just want to move on and cancel and when someone from head office phoned me they were completely unprofessional saying things like whatever you do what you want when I was trying to explain my issues on why I want to cancel. I can just imagine the difficulty ahead I'm about to face with them still trying to debit my account, I emailed them a letter revoking all access to my account but I'm worried about what they will do with my info now I have a bad feeling.

people are rude when they cold call you, when you don't want their assistance, why would you use or recommend a firm that uses telemarketers in this way, use somebody better, shop Canadian

Constant spam phone calls over and over each day even after telling them I don’t need their services. Two calls within minutes today then he hung up on me when I asked if he called 10 minutes prior. Absolutely useless.
