Called yesterday to have a service done and without even fully understanding my situation was told the lawyer wouldn't be inclined do it "it may not be the right thing" that it would be a long process and I'd need multiple lawyers. Called up someone else the same day and was told what I needed would be easy and straightforward basic service which is what I thought from the start. Disappointing..

Absolutely HORRIBLE!
This was the worst experience I've ever had with a lawyer - EVER.
This lawyer was rude from the beginning, in our case, my father (an elderly man) wanted to have a service done. Unfortunately, my father isn't privy to legal lingo and because of that I requested to be in the room to assist in communication. The lawyer flat out refused and said either I need to leave or he wouldn't proceed. After meeting with my father, my father was further confused about the proceedings. He ended up carrying on an entirely DIFFERENT service than what was initially requested. Upon my father's final meet up (today). He advised my father he would not be able to take him on as a client (which hurt my father's dignity) and left my father in a very vulnerable and confused state. When my father relayed the information to me, I decided I would go and try and find out what happened if there was any miscommunication as my father expressed his sadness to me. This lawyer, once again, was rude - very dismissive and very apathetic to the situation. Once again, I would definitely not recommend this lawyer. He has horrible customer service skills and communication skills. Clearly he isn't aware of how to deal with elderly clientele. Use at your own risk.
