Been trying to get in touch with Agent since the pandemic started and no call backs. They care about sales but not helping their customers. Will never go through them for house insurance and to try to get some help with vehicle insurance is just disgraceful. Can't wait to have time to find new company.

I have dealt with Desjardins for many of our insurance needs house recreational vehicles cottage and every time that I've talked to them and received insurance from them they've been very quick to return my calls thorough with the insurance information I have recommended Desjardins to friends and family .

Absolutely awful customer service and problem resolution attempts at this office! Enough to make us switch insurance companies all together. Staff care more about sales then their customers. We will never recommend this office!
