Lots of negative reviews of hr management at Manning Elliot, and its true. Very off-putting quality about them. To anyone who has been ghosted by them, don't feel bad, its just who they are.

Fobi ai dropped Manning Elliott as their auditor, now stock holders must wait for the June 30 2023 fiscal quarter results. Changed auditors mid stream until the next AGM. Fobi issued a Management cease trade order until the quarterly report is filed. Seems like Manning Elliott really messed up.

These guys did great work for me over the years but I found them to be very pricey. I also didn't like the fact I had to pay late filing fees (interest) to the CRA every year.I switched 10 years ago to a 1 person Chartered accountant business and estimate I have saved 40k to 50k in fees over that time. He also files my tax returns on time so no more interest fees for being "late".

Very expensive
very slow to finish the filing which is more billing from them and late fees from CRA
Did not send receipts to CRA as requested so extra money to CRA then billed me extra for helping me with the issue

Poorly managed accounting firm. Called them 3 times over the course of 1 month. All 3 times they promised a call back that never happened. Avoid them at any cost.
