I initially contacted Malti in December 2018 to see if she could help facilitate a property purchase. Time was against us because for capital gains reasons on the sellers end, we needed to close within about 10 days. She was fabulous. Completed everything with great precision and care, and the building is not the easiest ownership structure but she was very quick to understand it and help me complete in time before the holidays.

Fast forward a year, I literally find myself in the same position in the same building. Once again with a weeks notice Malti pulled everything off. This time I was purchasing with a family member oversees and she worked to make sure it was a painless process for them to sign with their lawyer in the UK. Amazing!

Our latest interaction was this month, when wife and I met with Malti to produce our wills and power of attorney documents. She was incredibly thorough and a pleasure to work with just as before. She produced everything exactly to our specifications when we went back to sign the documents the process was smooth and simple.

Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about Malti. Her prices are very reasonable too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for the services of a notary. My wife and I will certainly be life long clients!!
