I have worked closely with Duncan Magnus and have found him always extremely responsive to any of my inquiries or questions. He has always called me back in a timely manner and given me solid and effective advice. Sometimes his advice to me is do nothing for which he has not invoiced me. I first spoke to Duncan Magnus with my concerns. He was very compassionate with my situation and very honest and provided great advice on how to proceed forward. He then had Talan Suleyman work on my case. Talan was very supportive, compassionate and honest through my journey working with this firm. Highly recommend Emmett Watson at this firm. Found myself in an intimidating situation, however Emmett took the time to break down the situation, educate me on the options available and gave me advice that saved me a lot of money in the long run. I called him with a plan in mind but he showed me the costs of each route and advised me based on what I told him were my main priorities. He had the opportunity to take a more profitable route for himself but instead helped me like a friend. I actually came out of the experience wiser than before and felt the value of his services was substantially higher than what I paid for. Thank you Emmett for being a lawyer I can trust!
