Repeat visit to this Home office business. Made an online appointment and promptly received an order for payment of $14.99. When I visited the business at the scheduled time, the owner greeted me with Namaaste (hands joined). Proceeded to stamp and sign the documents. While doing this, he asked me to go to google maps, search his business and write a review. Never been pressured this way before. I still hadn't received my product - still I wrote a short positive review. The signing and stamping complete, I gave him a $20 bill. He returned $2.05. No receipt or anything. I thought something was off because the first time I visited this business a couple of months prior, I paid $15. Same process. I returned home checked my email and confirmed the order stated $14.99. I wrote to him advising that I did not appreciate this. No response. Ensure you take the exact amount stated on the order prior to your visit. While the amount is not large, it is the sequence of events that led to my deleting the positive review I was forced to write while my documents were in his hands and then the 20% add-on and all with a respectful Namaaste to begin with!
