I have used lormit prior to Jason taking over business and was at that time happy to use them
However in February 2022 I requested their service again. What a mistake, once they received my deposit on a request for a skip trace I only ever heard from them again only if I called. As per Jason a skip trace takes a few weeks. After several months and a few phone calls which included lormit head office did I receive any response. All of a sudden they had a response, They sent me a generic stating nothing found and would finalize my bill and return what was remaining. I have never heard from the, again.

Jason was amazing! He provided us with friendly and professional service. He made a time sensitive issue his priority, which helped us to feel more at ease in a stressful process.
