We are in our 60’s retired seniors and like many seniors sometimes feel vulnerable and not sure what to do. Well if you read through this note hopefully you or someone you know how Kevin helped us. We were siting in a dealership with a good sum of money ready to be taken advantage of. We were lied to, told to drive the vehicle off the lot so our picture could be taken, told that there wasn’t anything wrong with the vehicle leaking transmission fluid, list goes on but you get the picture. No I didn’t get my picture taken in the vehicle and when I asked they provided a courtesy car to return the next day. Upon our return they wouldn’t gives our money back and argued for over an hour . This is when I phoned Kevin he said write down names of who you talk to, what they say basically document everything. I felt I had better footing and we were not alone now we knew what to do. They continued arguing with us and finally we were at our wits end and decided to look around their lot for another car. A snake doesn’t change its disposition just because it didn’t strike the first time it saw you. More promises were made and this Nissan of Nanaimo dealership continued to be nice until they felt the deal was done. Long story short here is the important part In BC there is a company called “Vehicle Sales Authority” they investigate car dealerships and their sales complaints. Their online and the complaint for is on there as well. Fax all your facts and if you really feel you need backup call Kevin or his company for help. let’s stop being victims and be proactive.
