I am extremely disappointed with Lionsheer Immigration's service. Their call-back system is a complete joke. If they can't manage timely call-backs, the least they could do is respond to emails. Expecting a call back on time is futile—always plan for at least a 15-minute delay. They seem to struggle with basic scheduling, constantly messing up the time zone differences. Despite my request for a callback after my work hours, they call at random times, citing busy consultants.
My most recent call back scheduled was last month, still no answer from them. i am fed up of following up!

The consultation itself was far from satisfactory. For a paid consultation, I didn’t receive clear answers to even basic questions. I asked what NOC code I should use for my application—simple enough, right? Yet no real answer was given. They seem more focused on pushing you toward another paid service, rather than providing actual help.

People often say using an agency is better than doing applications on your own, but in this case, even the paid consultation wasn’t worth it. I had to resort to my own research to get the information I needed. Very frustrating and not worth the money!

They are not experts and lack professionalism.If you think ur case is complicated don’t think it as an option ever. Normal case might work with their weak supporting documents . There might be better options but they will choose the worst plan just for their profit..

I had a very disappointing experience with Lionsher Canada Immigration. Initially, I consulted their Cochin office, where the service was excellent. However, after arriving in Canada, I reached out to them for my Study Permit Extension, and the experience was completely different.

They charged an excessive service fee of $350 in addition to the IRCC fee. I chose them because of my previous positive experience, but this time, they kept delaying the submission of my application. Despite repeatedly asking them to proceed, they insisted on verifying my profile with their documentation team, which took nearly 20 days. Throughout this period, I had to constantly call them, yet I received no response.

Due to their slow processing, it took around four months to get my study permit approved. Even after approval, they demanded an additional payment of $20 to send the permit to my Canadian address. Later, they changed the amount to $50, which was frustrating. They provided their office address instead and expected me to pay extra for forwarding it to my home.

Their communication was extremely poor. I had to call and email repeatedly, but they would only respond after 5-6 days. Even when they did call back, they would simply say they would forward my request to the concerned department, which would take another 2-3 days for a response.

Overall, I am highly disappointed with their service. I would not recommend this immigration consultancy to anyone, as they overcharge and fail to provide timely responses. Avoid them if you want a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Worst Immigration ever. It’s fraud. They just firstly calling you to pay fees and give false promises but don’t do anything. Don’t trust them. I wasted $2300 here for my filing process. They said they will refund my money but it’s been 6 months am waiting. Don’t trust them. The guy working there David totally ruined my hard money. I regret consulting with them.

I used their services for my wife's PR application process. The overall process was pretty straightforward. We got the PR Card in approximately the usual processing time that it takes.
Generally everything was smooth and straightforward.

Some things to note
- My usual mode of communication was through email. If I send an email they mostly get back within the next day. Almost always the next day.
- Trying to talk to someone over the phone had its issues. I would have to call and schedule a callback later during the week sometime for a 2 hour window. Atleast a few times, the callback happened before the window ( when I did not expect it ), or to the very end of the 2 hour window, forcing me to change around my later office meetings.

Minor issue - Once, they called me out of the blue and started asking me very random questions that was clearly not related to me. Once I mentioned that these questions might not be relevant to me, they realised they had the wrong file and had completely messed up their information.
