I consulted with Fanda Wu in March 2023 and filled out the credit card authorization form for the consultation fee payment. One year later, in April 2024, without any notification or authorization, my credit card is charged again by LK Law. I contacted the law firm but never received a response. Consequently, I disputed the transaction, and the bank's fraud team found it unauthorized and reversed it.

Another two months later, in June 2024, a staff member named Sophie Lee from LK Law contacted me and said the initial transaction from March 2023 was declined, they need to charge me again. I requested the receipt of the declined transaction and asked why they had not contacted me or replied to my emails in the past year until now. Unfortunately, I received no response to these concerns either. Instead, they immediately threatened to send this to collections. I am shocked by the unprofessional misconduct of the staff at LK Law. Clearly, they have significant issues in their accounting system, and their arrogant attitude disgusts me.
