We worked with Aram Simovonian during one of the most stressful chapters of our lives—a contract dispute with a custom home builder who had grossly overcharged us, then sued us in an apparent attempt to scare and bully us into backing down and paying him more.

After tearing down our family home to make way for a new build, we found ourselves uprooted, displaced, and faced with the threat of financial ruin after pouring our life savings into a home with endless bills, yet little progress. The last two years have been overwhelming, but having Aram in our corner made all the difference.

This was our first experience navigating the legal system, and Aram struck the perfect balance of patience, understanding, knowledge, and assertiveness. He not only walked us through the process step-by-step but also gave us space to vent our frustration—while guiding us strategically and helping us stay focused on the bigger picture.
