They scheduled me in for Xrays really quickly which surprised me so I thought it would be a good dental clinic, but when I arrived for my 10 am appointment today, I waited from 9:35-10:15 and didn't see a single human being. Maybe they forgot I had an appointment?

I almost never post reviews (good or bad) but I feel like I need to let others know about our bad experience. Both my wife & I were both not satisfied with our cleanings. The hygienist chatted the entire time & my teeth frankly didn't feel clean afterwards. It just wasn't thorough enough. I am not new to cleanings/dentists. Ive went every six months my entire life including trips to the orthodontist (as a teen for braces) & wisdom teeth removal surgery. Ive taken care of my teeth so I understand if my teeth weren't as dirty as others but I do expect the same amount of care. We decided to express our concern because of the business doesn't know, how can they improve? Well, their response was nothing more than a disappointment. Instead of acknowledging our dissatisfaction, they took the route in blaming is in that we never told the hygienist what to do. I didn't think we needed to. I'm not a teeth expert. They are. I just know what it's supposed to feel like after a cleaning & it was way below par. Before our complaint, we were thinking about going back to try another hygenist but after their response, we opted to go to another dentist. We decided to go to Dr. Premier because of a referral but we wanted to share our experience.

Dr.Priemer is not only professional but also very caring. I did my invisalign there and he pays so much attention on detial. I had a great success and he would take me in when there is like a sudden pain or discomfort. I recommend him to many of my friends and they all had good experience there.
