Waited for 70 minutes, staff was rude and dismissive. Definitely need to book appointment. Felt bad for some of the elderly people here. They should use a ticket thing so people can sit and not lose place in line.

I wouldn’t waste your time going here. Front desk lady is rude and unhelpful, consistently hasn’t let me get bloodwork complete cause something is “wrong” in my paperwork. I'll drive into Sudbury to another LifeLabs to avoid the annoyance.

If you make an appointment then you get serve fairly quickly when you show up. If you don't make an appointment then you will have to wait a while. The ladies are busy but friendly and do a great job.

I'm in the lab waiting with my mother who is getting blood work. Client walks in for bloodwork. It's crucial to be done today. She is told they can't help her cus computers are down. Girl says I have no problem waiting and she is told it's risky cus the computer tells them which vile to fill and they are clueless without computer. They refuse to serve her.

Fast and friendly service. On time with my appointment. However, they forgot to give me an access code after my visit so that I could register online to review my results.

I was doing bi-weekly blood tests last year and had to go to many lifelabs in the city. This is by far the worst. Very rude and unhelpful.
