Unbelievably disappointing experience dealing with Krystle. Took some time before writing this to compare others experiences and get other opinions. This was me and my girlfriends first home purchase so we were unfamiliar with how the process works and were understandably stressed about it going well. I understand that she does this everyday but she did an extremely poor job in understanding our situation and walking us through the process. She seemed inexperienced and unmotivated during our dealings which causes unnecessary stress and anxiety when you don't have the confidence that your lawyer is working in your best interest. This is the biggest and most important purchase of our lives so we had a lot of questions and Krystle was extremely rude and continually held up the process while passing blame onto other parties when it was very clear where the bottleneck was.

I cannot in good faith recommend Krystle to anyone. She fell extremely short of our expectations and what anyone would consider a professional standard.

I'll be using them again with confidence. I was informed of multiple options that provided extra protection, however when I explained which ones I preferred not to accept, my lawyer, Krystle, didn't continually push these services upon me. I felt educated on my options but wasn't treated like a sales pitch.
