We are Canadian citizens living Portugal. We needed to have our BC driving records notarised and apostilled in order to obtain Portuguese driving licences. Leonard took care of all parts of this process and turned things around very quickly, working to the short deadlines we were given here. Very pleased with his service, and would highly recommend.

Leonard went above and beyond when we needed a US Notary, he met us at the ferry so we could return on the next boat, handled our documents with the consulate and shipped them to the US. He was prompt, highly communicative, detail oriented and efficient, and was a great guy to deal with all the way.
