1. Lost my papers
2. Was not defining me what so ever
3. Sleeping during meetings
4. Did not respond to email
If he responded was not answering all my questions .

Overall would not recommend had to let him go as I didn't feel he was capable of defending me .

Got assigned them as legal counsel i would suggest getting someone else. After reaching out trying to get them all the information asked i didn’t receive a call until the day before court. I was very forward when i let them know my concerns because i was given information from the judge that they didn’t know about or have answers for. I asked leonard magawa if he is going to be able to help me and he just said no because i wanted to make sure the outcome was going to be the best possible solution for me and my family the lack of concern for people going through hard times is shown on how the treated me during this situation and he has left me the day before court after a 10minute conversation

Horrible experience.
-Was hung up on.
- refused help after they accepted my legal aid certificate .
-declined me as a client after realizing they had too many cases to handle apparently and my case is too complicated although they have a senior lawyer on staff that could help. He said he would have to do all the work so I guess that merited declining my already accepted legal aid certificate.
