My husband and I retained Rob to write up our wills. We are a blended family and therefore the process (as we found out) is not a simple one. Rob was extremely patient with all of our questions, and was excellent at interpreting what we want, and translating it into a legal document. He was thorough in explaining the potential issues and offered excellent suggestions on how to achieve our wishes. Although writing up a will is not high on the list of complicated legal issues, it is nonetheless an emotional experience and most certainly a learning curve. Rob was able to walk us through every step, with professionalism, a great sense of humor (welcomed, given the dark subject matter), and in a timely manner. Thanks to Rob and his friendly staff!

We had a terrible experience working with this law office for our construction financing. The paperwork was held up for weeks on end at their office. The lawyer/owner, Rob Kerr, gave us poor excuses about his staff, while his staff gave us poor excuses about the owner's office management. We were constantly following up, with no responses to emails or calls. Both our mortgage broker and construction finance representative agreed that they had never experienced such lack of communication and care when working with a law office. I would not recommend this business.
