This law firm (Mike & Ava) represented me for the purchase and sale of our home. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of how quickly they worked. They did no work ripped me off for 12,000.00 do not use this firm they aren't even real Eva was beyond terrible and the lawyer was so greasy and a total slime ball never did anything to help me ever.. was the worst experience I've ever had oh yeah lawyers name is Mike.. so terrible he isn't even a real lawyer

Lazaruk law is a very knowledgeable and reliable law firm. I have used them a few times now and they've always exceeded my expectations. Eva always goes above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are met/exceeded. She knows how to get things done. She helped me immensely during COVID when many government offices were closed to the public or very difficult to navigate. Now my daughter is using them for her first home.
