Just not a very professional firm. Cheap, but always some issues it seems.

Lawyer would always show up at least ten mins late for the signing. Staff wouldn’t reply to emails often. Tried to update will, they didn’t have a draft I found out in the call, after they had previously assured me they would send me the draft. Because they said they cannot do anything without the draft I said no worries. They then said they were going to charge me for the call, even though they did not tell me they did not have the draft, that it was necessary, etc after assuring me they would send it to me. Kind of ridiculous they then tried to charge me for their disorganization.

I was very satisfied with the process to create a straightforward legal will to set my mind at ease. A couple of items needed adjustment - a change on my part and a small misunderstanding on theirs.Their response was quick, collaborative and stress-free. The remote signing via Zoom was efficient and easy. I recommend being well prepared ahead of time for the 15 minute consultation that gets the process rolling.

VERY affordable wills and power of attorney, they made the process very easy. Not great attention to detail, make sure that you proofread your documents carefully. There was a point left out of our wills in the first and second draft, despite discussing it at the intake appointment and bringing attention to it after the first draft. Had a lawyer friend look at our completed wills and everything looked above board!

I made the payment in August 2021. Submitted all required documents in January 2022 (I have emails supporting everything I say). I was supposed to receive a will intake phone call as soon as I submitted the required documents.
It's been 2 months and there has been no communication whatsoever about my will. Does it really take that long to prepare 1 will? This is so disappointing. I wish I had not made that payment. Now I'm stuck with you guys. The only reason I contacted your firm was because it was online during covid times.
My advice - stay away, not worth your time and money.
