As other people wrote, they trick people with a free one week trial. One week later you get registered and the charge you about 40 $ each month with no indication in your normal email. Already many people complained to them and they never changed their behaviour. This is the prouf that their only concern is to get your money without any sense of moral.

(L'objectif du site est de vous faire accepter un autorenewal pour des paiements mensuels en espérant que vous oubliez de le canceller par la suite. Il l'indique dans leur politique et utilise le tout comme levier pour garder votre argent. Même si vous pouvez prouver que vous n'avez pas utilisé le service ils refusent de vous rembourser. Attention le service est géré par des requins. Aucun soucis de leurs clients, ils vont chercher à arnaquer le plus de gens possible au lieu de chercher à fidéliser leur clientèle via un service décent. Faire bien attention à micro manager votre compte si vous allez de l'avant avec cette entreprise. Ils pensent que vous avez juste ça à faire de votre temps, très prétentieux de leur part. Expérience horrible !)

De mon côté, j'ai utilisé leur service une seule fois gratuitement pour rédiger un simple contrat de vente entre particuliers. Je me suis retrouvé avec un abonnement automatique avec des paiements d'environ 40 $ par mois. Aucun avis de paiement dans mes courriels, seulement sur le site.
Quand je les ai appelés pour annuler et pour demander un remboursement, ils refusaient complètement de me rembourser. Après beaucoup d'insistance, on a dit qu'on pouvait me rembourser un mois... après beaucoup d'insistance et de pression, ils ont accepté de me rembourser 4 mois sur les 11 que j'ai payés... pour rien.

Je répète, NE FAITES JAMAIS AFFAIRE AVEC CETTE COMPAGNIE / NEVER TRUST THAT COMPANY.

PLEASE SHARE THE INFORMATION AROUND YOU UNTIL PEOPLE UNDERSTAND WHO THEY ARE. WE COULD EXPECT SOME COMPANY USING THE NAME LAWDEPOT COULD HAVE A MUCH HIGHER SENSE OF ETHIC VALUES !

I find the LawDepot documents to meet most of my legal needs saving time and money. More importantly is the great customer service. You do not need to fight your way through options to reach a real person, and not only that a person who wants to help and solve the problem. Today, I was helped with a payment issue, the first time. It is refreshing to have this kind of customer experience. Thank you very much.

I have been charged by these clowns for over a year every month for $35 on my credit card. I live in the US and completely on the other side of the country. I have never done business with them or even heard of them. I dont know how they got my CC info and I just got a new CC number and it still keeps happening.

This is a great website to work on business issues. The site was very user friendly and easy to operate. The only thing that I did not like was how the web said it was a free site and they they charge you when you get ready to print after all the work you put into it. You should just let people know up front.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I subscribed for their 7 day trail and cancelled immediately after using the service for what I needed. They continued to charge my account for 3 months and when asked for a refund they said as per their terms and conditions they could not. I was made to feel stupid and both representatives that spoke to me used a condescending tone. Seek another service.

At first I was a bit dubious because the website didn't cooperate and the phone calls I made were interupted or dropped. One service customer rep. asked for my phone number and did call me back when the call was dropped again, reminded me why I was being charged and offered me a refund when I requested to cancel my subscription. If it hadn't been for the initial issues of getting in touch with the company I would given you SIX STARS!
