Biggest mistake I ever did was listen to the physiotherapy next-door too Mr. barrafato office. In the beginning my MVA was doing good. Almost 8 years later, nothing has been accomplished. Mr. barrafato Is a great lawyer but his staff needs to be fired especially his assistance and the other lawyers. I’m disgusted at the treatment I’m getting. I personally Had many sit downs with Mr. barrafato and we had a great conversation but ones his staff takes over nothing gets done. I wish Mr. barrafato Was younger so he can Truly get rid of everyone and start again. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and no business should be opened with this type of service. I got much love for Mr. barrafato But the office I could care less about.

Is this law firm even in business anymore? They do not answer emails, phone calls, they never get back to any previous or historical means of communication.

You are better off attempting to bring your case to any other law firm as this place has not an ounce of professionalism in their organization's existence.

STAY AWAY or you will just waste your valuable time.

I finally received a courtesy call from one of the lawyers after TWO LONG YEARS from the time of my accident.
To get my business, one of their paralegals had me signed all the papers on the next day of my accident. Not even a single important information was disclosed at that time. Ever since then I was putting effort and my time to commute to places for assessments and physiotherapy that I needed. But not once did i receive a call from the Law Office as i had requested on the very first date.
They would only contact you if they need your signature or your presence for their benefit. When it comes to the needs of the customer, they look the other way.

Its a sad truth but Law office of Paul Barrafato is a team that will not lend you a hand when you need it but rather take advantage of your bad time to their own benefit.

Please don't waste your time with these people starting from Paul Barrafato. We had case from 2015 and they didn't do anything.they keep ignoring our phone calls and they blocking emails too. Lastly they have cut out from money cheque that we were supposed to get. Bad experience with them very bad people to work with. I hope nobody will go through that. Poor service.
