I urgently reached out to them around December 2024, but getting a call back was extremely difficult. I sent emails and left voicemails, yet received no response. Finally, after a month, the receptionist informed me that they could handle my case and sent me documents to sign and pay.

However, I was given little to no information about the lawyer assigned to my case. I simply requested a call from the lawyer to introduce themselves, as they would be representing my family. After scheduling a call, I received an email stating they had called me but I saw no missed calls.

What frustrated me most was the repeated claims that they had called when I had no record of it. It’s 2025, I have caller ID, and I can see if a call was made or not. After weeks of back and forth with no progress, it’s now February 27, and I am still nowhere with this company. The funny thing about all this, I checked my junk mail and received an email in December stating they are unable to proceed with the case. Very messy law firm.

I strongly do not recommend them. They are highly unprofessional.
