Gets the job done, thats about it.
I've been going here since the 90s as a child and have always had dental anxiety, and bringing my daughter here now I can see why. They were not very kind or patient with her, when she cried they didn't try to intervene and assure her that everything would be okay. While I was sitting there watching they chatted like I wasn't in the room with them. They also didn't talk to my daughter much at all except for "open your mouth" "keep it open". The dental hygienest we had seemed to not get along with the dentist, and I could sense the tension lol. Also Dr. Hansen told my daughter "now remember, it's not my fault the cavity is there" when she cried during the procedure, like I'm not sure if it's prejudice or what for why we've experienced this, but when I first went in to fill out forms, the front desk immediately asked for my treaty number. I'm Métis. So take that for what you will. My family won't be back.

Insurance fraud;
I noticed on my insurance claims the doctor (female) was charging the max and emergency fees on all my appts, which were not emergencies. Maxed out my dental so fast it's not funny, paid out of pocket the remainder of the year till I seen the paperwork. Same dentist who me she took her dad in for a free crown on his tooth when the clinic was closed just cause he needed it. Money hungry. Your health is second priority. I have genetically bad teeth, and extremely acidic saliva, all she did was pull my teeth as they rotted. She wouldn't even entertain the dental plan I wanted; because she'll make more money in the long run doing it her way

Today was an amazing day at the Lake Centre Dental Group office! Dr. May Conlin and her wonderful staff were incredible with my kids, especially little Killian who is only 3 years old. They have a magical way of calming kids and making them feel comfortable. Dr. Conlin has been taking care of our family's teeth for many years, and we couldn't be happier with the exceptional care and expertise she provides. This was their first time❤️. Thank you, Dr. Conlin, for making dental visits a positive and enjoyable experience for our children!

Dr Hansen and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Always willing to ensure insurance coverage before getting in the chair to avoid any surprise out-of-pocket bills

Very very rude receptionist. Tried to make an appointment and she asked me “will you even be able to make it” in an ugly tone and seemed annoyed at everything I tried to express. Better off going somewhere else where they’re welcoming to have your business.

Dr. Conlin was phenomenal! Normally I am not a big fan of the dentist at all, but her and her team were all very friendly, and did an AMAZING job fixing up my chipped tooth.

Dr. Hansen is a highly competent dentist. All the work I've had him do has been too notch. His sense of humor and chair side conversation makes the experience about as enjoyable as a dental visit gets. The staff is always courteous and seem on top of pertinent details.
