Client Testemonial for Darren Sawyer. I was charged with Impaired Driving (DUI), and blood alcohol level exceeding over 80 milligrams per 100 milliliters of blood in November of 2023. I also had a previos conviction of the same 25 years ago. Kruse Law and there team were able to get me a plea bargain deal for Careless Driving and a 1000 dollar fine. I researched whether it is worth getting a lawyer for such charges. I found out in the majority of cases it is and I would have likely paid more on the increase in car insurance over the next 3 years than my lawyer fees and still had a criminal record on top of that. Kruse Law Firm and there team were vary helpful in helping me navegate the court system and set up 2 practise Zoom meetings for me to learn how to use Zoom for the Court Date. I am vary pleased and thankful for the outcome they were able to obtain for me. As a result I am able to resume Driving myself and my family when needed and don't need to be stuck walking for an additional 9 months and having an ignition interlock installed and have to take the back on track coarse which can also be added cost of both money and my time.
