I only have experience as a tenant of Dave Kreklewich to share. It was nightmare which is one of the reasons for us to move out of Melville. One day when I came back from work, I could not get into the room because the smell was so strong, I could not breathe. We did not get notice that the landlord (Dave Kreklewich) did refurnishing on the lower floor and basement. Even worse, there has no Ventilation facilities downstairs. The landlord rejected to come to have a look and the request to stay in a motel for 1-2 nights. Then we were asked to move out! And this is not the worst. When we tried to find another place to live, we got negative reference from Dave Kreklewich and could not get a rent! We much appreciate help of our friend (we stayed in the basement of their house). This is still not the worst. We could not get the deposit from Dave Kreklewich even I cleaned the rooms very well!!! I feel very sad because my colleague told me that you can do nothing because he is a lawyer!!!

DO NOT seek any services from this place. Went for maybe an hour consultation for a case and decided against acquiring their services. They ended up billing us over $700 for less than an hours worth of talking to them. Tried to charge us interest on top of it when there was no agreed upon fee amount. Not even the best lawyers in Canada charge that high of an hourly fee.
