I have an union settlement case handled by this firm's associate lawyer and he is unprofessional. He misleads me by not telling me the full truth about my arbitration hearing, he lied, and convinced me to sign the settlement with the opposite party.

After I signed the settlement, and I tried to enact the offer, but my employer reinstates it was not part of the deal, but now I signed. I entrusted this firm's lawyer with his legal expertise to help me understand the terms in the offer instead, I was mislead, and injustice.

I call this lawyer back to ask him why, and he dares to tell me the actual truth after I signed everything, and he begin reasoning with me that I will NOT win my case and he already knew about. For the sake of you are my representing lawyer, if I can't win for the very less you should tell me, so I can make a sound judgement, and don't start apologizing for not being clear when explaining to me about the settlement offer. How can you trust these people? This lawyer is telling me to move on which upsets me even more.

Thank you for doing nothing to help but to cause me more grief and misery.

They care about 1 thing only, how much money they can bleed from their clients. Whether it be through hidden fees or backroom deals with the people they're supposed to be helping you hold accountable. I have managed to get someone on the phone there a total of 4 times in the last 2 years and have been flat out lied to every time until I had enough and fired them to now have them yet again not follow through by not sending any of my documents. They will lure you in with big promises then pressure you to take the deal that best compensates them with as little time or effort into your case as possible. Very disappointed and now get to start the whole process over with a new firm. Thanks so much guys for the years I've wasted believing you were actually fighting for me.

They do not answer their phones, plain and simple they do not answer their phones. They do not answer their emails, I truly believe that this law firm is a waste of time and out to scam people for their money. I know over a dozen people personally that are working on a counter lawsuit against this form. We are looking for people who have been done wrong, lied, and cheated by this law firm. We have 12 ready to make complaints looking for the rest that they have done wrong which I know are huge numbers. Stay away from them. 60 millions gone because of them. Bad for business 😞

I was seeking advice regarding international business law, Demetrios was very helpful. I am a lawyer, but unfamiliar with Canada laws and enforcement of cross border judgments. He took time to hear me out and point me in the right direction. Unfortunately, he couldnt take my case due to location. He seemed knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend obtaining a consultation and considering this law firm.

So anybody involved with this firm should think twice before allowing them to represent you in any legal matter. Especially class actions. They will miss lead you to believe that it's in your best interest to do what they say. They make it seem like they care and feel for you. This is them miss leading you.
I was involved in a suit with this firm. From day one I had a bad feeling but they assured me everything would work out for me. I waited over six years for these people to take this to trial. But again they told me that they were going to negotiate a settlement. That everyone would be happy at the amount the settlement on.. So out of two hundred million dollars they settled for twelve million a week befor the trial. Their are alot of people involved in this suit 6500 or more. Then they put stipulations in order for us to recieve any type of compensation for what the victims went through. Then on top that anything left over goes right back to the crown. They couldn't split that up amongst the victims could they.. So now it's over and now for almost two months we still have gotten nothing. We are still waiting for the forms to be sent so we can apply for the compensation we are intled to. These people or should I say firm is making us wait even longer now. I think six years is long enough.

I have been informed that the claims process is longer than to be expected. I was under the assumption that it should only take to up to two months. Now I was told by the lawyer David Rawsenfeld that they want us to wait now until the end of May 2022. They want to make sure all claims are in be for paying out. Why? They don't have enough money to pay all class members. But they made sure they got three point five million. Some of us victims might not get one dollar after seven years of waiting for closer. Stay away from this firm. Shame on them.

I love this firm! Supposedly this firm represents me in a class action settlement but nobody ever answers the phone just a machine and you can never get a call back at a specified time. Been playing phone tag for 18 months now.....CRAZY! Then again, all that standing and reading, good g'wad their down time must be spent either sleeping or being depressed....wonder if they date Dentists. All in all, they are ligiating a serious case load and the job gets done...............................................................................wait for it.................................it gets done eventually.

I don't think they were representing the indigenous community with their best interest And when you talk to Shannon who is over the lawsuit In the clerical department just comes off as condescending and definitely not personable And definitely not empathetically listening out of concern …..If you reach out to the Collectiva that is a joke too keep escalating the call
I did better with my own investigation they already have been paid for the lawsuit And it’s apparent to me they do not care after being paid
Both websites- The KM law firm and the Collectiva whom deals with the class action lawsuit payments Advise on their website they should call each other ?if there should be an issue Still no acknowledgement
